Registering Users: Registering Users In Bulk

DigitalChalk offers a convenient method for registering multiple users at once through bulk registration. This process is especially useful when you need to enroll a large number of users in a course simultaneously.

To register users in bulk:

1. Navigate to the Users page
2. Click the dropdown next to “Add User”
3. Select “Register users”
4. Enter the course name you want to register users for
5. Upload a CSV file containing the email addresses of the users you wish to register
6. Map the email address field in the CSV to the corresponding field in DigitalChalk
7. Click “Import now”
8. Monitor the results after processing is complete

Important notes:

• Ensure all users have accounts in the system before attempting to register them for courses
• The registration process may take several seconds to minutes, depending on the number of users
• Check the results after processing to confirm successful registrations or identify any issues

This bulk registration method can save significant time when managing large groups of learners, making it an efficient tool for administrators handling multiple course enrollments.
