Registering Users: Importing and Managing Users

The Users page in DigitalChalk is your central hub for managing all users and administrators in your organization.

To access the Users page:

  1. Click “Lead” in the left-hand menu
  2. Select “Users”

Key features:

  • View all users in your organization
  • Add individual users
  • Import user data in bulk
  • Edit user information
  • Assign user roles

Adding individual users:

  1. Click “Add User” on the Users page
  2. Enter required information (name, email, password)
  3. Fill in any additional required fields
  4. Set the user’s role in your organization
  5. Click “Save”

Editing existing users:

  1. Find the user in the list
  2. Click the three dots (kebab menu) next to their name
  3. Select “Edit”
  4. Make necessary changes
  5. Click “Save”

Bulk importing users:

  1. Prepare a CSV file with user data
  2. On the Users page, click the dropdown next to “Add User”
  3. Select “Import Users”
  4. Upload your CSV file
  5. Map CSV columns to DigitalChalk fields
  6. Click “Import Now”
  7. Check the bulk activity page for import status

Note: Administrative roles cannot be assigned during bulk import. These must be added individually by editing user information after import.
