Registering Users: 4. Time Since Completion

The Time Since Completion rule, also known as Scheduled rules, allows you to register users for courses after a specified time has elapsed following the completion of another course.

Configuring Time Since Completion rules:

1. Access the Registration Rules under the Lead menu
2. Click Add in the upper right, and then select “Scheduled rules” from the tabs across the top
3. Specify the initial course that needs to be completed in the Conditions section
4. Set the time delay after completion (e.g., 30 days, 3 months)
5. Choose the course(s) for automatic enrollment after the specified time in the Consequences section
6. Save the rule

• Ensures users receive additional training at appropriate intervals
