Registering Users: 3. On-Demand Rules

On-Demand rules allow for immediate registration of users into specified courses based on certain criteria or actions.

Setting up On Demand rules:

1. Go to the Registration Rules section under the Lead menu
2. Click Add in the upper right, and choose “On-demand rules” from the tabs across the top
3. Define the conditions that will trigger immediate registration
4. Select the course(s) for automatic enrollment in the Consequences section
5. Save the rule

Advantages of On-Demand Rules:

• Provides instant access to courses when users meet specific criteria
• Useful for time-sensitive training or courses that should be available immediately upon user request
