Registering Users: 2. Event Rules

Event rules allow you to automatically register users for courses based on specific events or actions within the DigitalChalk system.

How to set up Event rules:

  1. Access the Registration Rules section under the Lead menu
  2. Click Add in the upper right, and select “Event rules” from the available tabs across the top
  3. Define the event that will trigger the registration (e.g., completing another course) in the Conditions section of the page
  4. Specify the course(s) users should be registered for when the event occurs in the Consequences section
  5. Save the rule

Benefits:

  • Automates the registration process based on user actions
  • Ensures users are enrolled in follow-up or advanced courses after completing prerequisites
