Account Setup: Branding and Customizing Your Organization
Customizing your DigitalChalk organization’s branding is an essential step in creating a cohesive and professional learning experience for your users. By personalizing your site’s appearance, you can reinforce your brand identity and create a seamless transition between your main website and your DigitalChalk learning environment. Follow these steps to brand and customize your organization:
- Log in to your DigitalChalk account as an Organization Administrator.
- Expand the Manage menu from the left navigation panel.
- Click on “Brands” from the sublist of options.
- Find your access URL and click on “Edit Brand” underneath it.
- On the Brand Experiences page, click “Edit Theme” to begin customizing your organization’s appearance.

Upload your organization’s logo:
- Locate the “Large Logo” and “Small Logo” fields.
- Click “Change” next to each field to upload your logo files.
- For best results, use a transparent PNG file for your logos.
Choose your color scheme:
- Select a primary color for screens and main menu tabs.
- Pick a secondary color for list text and icons.
- Use your organization’s official colors to maintain brand consistency.
Customize the favicon:
- Upload a small icon (usually 16×16 pixels) that will appear in the browser tab.
- This should typically be a simplified version of your logo or brand mark.
- Preview your changes to ensure they look as intended.
- Click “Save” to apply your new branding.
