Promotions in DigitalChalk are powerful marketing tools that allow you to increase awareness of other course offerings. These can be used to attract new learners, re-engage existing users, or boost sales during specific periods.

Types of promotions you can create:

• Cross-sell – will appear on the Shopping Cart page when a potential learner has a specified offering in their Cart
• Up-sell – will appear on the Marketing Page for a specified offering

Promotions can be applied to individual courses or across multiple offerings, giving you flexibility in how you structure your marketing campaigns.
