DigitalChalk Office Hours: Year-end Wrap-up 2025

This past meeting was a special year-end session focused on reflection, feedback and planning for the year ahead. 

As we wrap up 2025, we’re taking a step back to look at what went well, where we can improve, and what you’d like to see in the future. This session was highly interactive and centered around direct customer feedback, helping us understand how DigitalChalk can better support your goals in 2026.

To make this session meaningful, we invited all attendees to bring two things to share:

1. One win: something that went really well for you in DigitalChalk in 2025.
2. One opportunity: either an area where your own usage could improve or a system enhancement that would make your work easier or better.

During this collaborative session, we explored:

• Highlights and successes from your workflows this past year,
• Common challenges or friction points across the system,
• Opportunities for improvement, both user-driven and platform-driven, and
• Forward-looking ideas to help shape DigitalChalk in 2026.
