In this three-week webinar series, we explored how to build a new onboarding program end-to-end inside your LMS, from initial planning to launch and learner engagement. This multi-session series was designed to help organizations create a structured, scalable onboarding experience that supports new hires from day one while improving consistency, efficiency, and long-term retention.

In session two, we wrapped up the setup phase of the onboarding program by building on the foundation established in the first session. We focused on configuring registration and automations, organizing learners into structured learning paths, and setting up notifications that help keep onboarding on track. We also began exploring how to monitor learner activity and progress once users are actively working through the program.
