DigitalChalk Office Hours: Gamification

After last week’s last-minute topic shift, we’re excited to revisit the session originally planned, focused on Gamification and Social Certification Sharing. 

This time, we explored the best practices for sparking motivation and recognition through game elements and social sharing.

Gamification taps into our natural drive for achievement and adds a touch of friendly competition. In this session, we covered how to:

• Set up in-course games using achievements, badges, and leaderboards,
• Apply points to drive engagement and track progress,
• Decide what learners can (and should) see from one another, and
• Combine gamification with Social Certification Sharing so learners can post their achievements with pride.
