This session’s goal was to explore the new Enhanced Video Element experience and learn what the upcoming migration means for you.

This upgraded tool is designed to make video creation faster, easier, and more flexible, helping you deliver high-quality content with less effort.

During the session, we walked through how to:

Upload videos faster with modern streaming,
Give learners control over layouts for any device,
Use AI-powered captions and the inline caption editor,
Create slides directly in DigitalChalk, no PowerPoint needed, and
Edit with precision using drag-and-drop timeline controls.

We also reviewed the migration timeline, explained when you’ll be moved to the new tool, and shared tips for transitioning smoothly. Starting August 19 after Office Hours, all new video-based elements will be created in the enhanced tool, while existing Chalkboard elements can still be edited.
