DigitalChalk Office Hours: Document Repository
This past meeting was a special session introducing Document Repository, our new course-aware way to manage documents in DigitalChalk. This is the last Office Hours session of 2025.
Built on top of the Content Library, Document Repository makes it easy to attach reusable documents to courses, control access by role or enrollment, and give learners a simple way to find course-relevant materials through the Repository tab. This session provided an overview of the feature, showed how it works, and shared best practices for its use.
During this session, we covered:

- Organizing and tagging documents for easy search and filtering,
- Version control to ensure learners always see the latest content,
- Audit and compliance features to track access and downloads, and
