This session was a sneak peek at a new way to get your questions answered in the DigitalChalk Help Site.
We’re always looking for ways to make support faster and more helpful. This upcoming feature will give you another channel to find the answers you need, right when you need them.
During this session, we shared:
- What this new support option will look like inside the Help Site,
- How it will make getting answers more efficient and user-friendly,
- Examples of the kinds of questions you’ll be able to solve quickly, and
- Best practices for getting the most out of this new feature.
Looking ahead, the following week we’ll shift gears to cover DigitalChalk system best practices, common questions, and reminders about the Chalkboard migration, with extra time for live Q&A.
