DigitalChalk offers robust automation and integration capabilities to streamline your LMS operations. These features allow you to connect with other platforms and automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and user experience.

Key Features:

  • Integrations: Connect DigitalChalk with external services like Zoom, Zapier (not available in the EU), and single sign-on (SSO) providers to enhance functionality.
  • Automations: Set up automated processes for tasks such as user registration, course enrollments, and notifications.

To manage integrations:

  1. Navigate to the “Integrations” tab in your organization settings in My Org under the Manage menu.
  2. Select from the available services you wish to connect with DigitalChalk.
  3. Follow the setup instructions provided for each integration.

Automations can be configured to trigger specific actions based on predefined criteria, reducing manual workload and ensuring timely communication with users.
