Automations: 4. User Notification

User notifications are targeted messages sent to specific groups or individual users within DigitalChalk.

Creating User Notifications:

1. Under the Create menu, click Notifications.
2. Click “Add” and select “User” as the notification type.
3. Specify user criteria (e.g., all users, course admins).
4. Compose the message tailored to your audience.
5. Define when this notification should be sent (immediate or scheduled).
6. Save and activate your user notification.

User notifications provide personalized communication options, ensuring relevant information reaches the right audience effectively.
