Building and Launching Courses: Surveys

Surveys in DigitalChalk are similar to tests but are typically used for gathering feedback and are not graded. To create a survey:

1. From the Courses list, click “Elements” under the course you want to add a survey to.
2. Click “Add Element,” then select “Survey.”
3. Enter a title for your survey and click “Save.”
4. On the next screen, you can configure survey settings such as:
   • Forward Only, Allow Changes, Shuffle Questions, Max Amount of Questions (see Test Settings)
5. Click “Save” after adjusting the settings.
6. Next, click on the “Content” tab to start adding questions to your survey.
