Events and Spaces

Events and Spaces in DigitalChalk are tools used to manage live training sessions and in-person events that are NOT part of a course. 

**If your live session is part of a course, you will want to use the Instructor-Led element type**

Spaces and Events work together to help you organize and conduct live meeting  sessions within DigitalChalk outside of course curriculum. Here’s a general overview of how to use them:

1. Create a Space: This is likely a virtual or physical location where your live training will occur.
2. Schedule an Event: Within a Space, create an Event with specific dates and times.
3. Manage Attendance: Use the Event features to track participant attendance and engagement.

Remember to communicate event details clearly to your students and provide any necessary instructions for participation.
