Reporting: 1. Exporting A Student Activity Report

DigitalChalk LMS offers robust reporting features to help administrators track student progress and activity. 

To export a detailed student report:

  1. Log in to your DigitalChalk administrator account.
  2. Navigate to the “Reports” section from the main menu.
  3. Select “Student Activity Report.”.
  4. Choose the parameters for your report, such as date range, course, etc..
  5. Click on “Generate Report” or “Export” button.
  6. Select your preferred file format (e.g., CSV, HTML).
  7. Wait for the report to generate and download.

The detailed student report typically includes information such as:

  • Student name and ID
  • Course enrollment details
  • Progress and completion status
  • Assessment scores
  • Time spent on course materials

This report can be useful for tracking individual student performance, identifying areas for improvement, and generating insights for course optimization.
