Setting up a report in DigitalChalk involves a few steps to ensure you get the exact data you need:

  1. Choose Report Type:

Select from Users, Registrations, Courses, or Offerings reports.

  1. Select Columns:
    • Choose “All available” or “Specific” columns
    • If “Specific,” select the exact data points you want to include
  2. Set Delivery Type:
    • Web browser: View the report directly in DigitalChalk
    • Email: Have the report sent to specified email addresses
    • If choosing email, enter recipient addresses, subject, and any additional message
  3. Apply Filters:
    • Use enhanced filtering options to narrow down your data
    • Filter by job role, function, department, region, or brand as needed
  4. Configure Scheduling (if desired):
    • Choose whether to run the report on-demand or on a schedule
    • If scheduling, set start date and frequency
  5. Review and Save:

Double-check all settings and save your report configuration
