Setting up a report in DigitalChalk involves a few steps to ensure you get the exact data you need:
- Choose Report Type:
Select from Users, Registrations, Courses, or Offerings reports.
- Select Columns:
- Choose “All available” or “Specific” columns
- If “Specific,” select the exact data points you want to include
- Set Delivery Type:
- Web browser: View the report directly in DigitalChalk
- Email: Have the report sent to specified email addresses
- If choosing email, enter recipient addresses, subject, and any additional message
- Apply Filters:
- Use enhanced filtering options to narrow down your data
- Filter by job role, function, department, region, or brand as needed
- Configure Scheduling (if desired):
- Choose whether to run the report on-demand or on a schedule
- If scheduling, set start date and frequency
- Review and Save:
Double-check all settings and save your report configuration
