Scheduled notifications are sent at predetermined times or intervals, allowing for regular communication with users.
How to Set Up Scheduled Notifications:
- In the “Notifications” section, click “Add” to create a new scheduled notification.
- Select “Scheduled” as the notification type.
- Set the schedule for when notifications should be sent.
- Draft the message content and select recipients.
- Save and activate the notification.
These notifications are ideal for sending reminders or updates at consistent intervals, helping keep users informed without manual intervention.
