Automations: 2. Event Notifications

Event notifications are triggered by specific actions within DigitalChalk, such as course registrations or completions.

Setting Up Event Notifications:

1. Under the Create menu, click Notifications.
2. Select “Add” to create a new event notification.
3. Choose an event type (e.g., course registration, completion).
4. Define conditions for when the notification should be sent.
5. Customize the message content and recipient list.
6. Save and enable the notification.

Event notifications ensure that users are promptly informed about key activities related to their courses, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
